ROLE:
Graduate designer on a project team for a Client Collaborative Studio Course with P&G
CHALLENGE:
Help P&G leverage new shampoo technologies through a product that identified consumer tensions and addressed an opportunity area for luxury and on-the-go hair refreshing and styling
OUTCOME:
Delivered an in-between wash solution through an empowering product and community strategy. By following the design processes and performing in-home ethnography , we created a delightful user experience that addressed user tensions and proposed an attractive product with none of the trade-offs of the current shampooing forms.
