CHALLENGE:
How might we encourage inclusion and awareness for minorities in engineering. Focusing particularly on women.
OUTCOME:
This personal project aims to spread data and facts on Social Media to include and encourage women in engineering.
In my experience, little was done during my high school education to encourage women to go into engineering. Today there is the possibility of using social media to promote this option that is seldom considered, creating awareness and support for girls that want to pursue careers in this field.
Following the Women's Engineering Society intentions to aspire, advance and achieve; I believe I could do my part by spreading support on social media.
